Antoine Vintzel joined Carmine Capital in early September as a Director, after twenty years serving the needs of small and medium-sized companies and their shareholders at the investment banks Financière de Courcelles and Capival. During his various experiences, Antoine provided advice on some forty equity transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, and fundraising across a variety of sectors, and conducted some fifty independent valuation assignments.

Alexandre Merle joins Carmine Capital as a Business Manager. Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and Corporate Finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine. Since 2017, he has had several successful experiences in the Parisian M&A and Private Equity scene. He began his career at Invest Corporate Finance before joining the independent investment fund MBO & Co. In 2019, he was involved in developing the M&A and venture capital arm of Expen Partners. Alexandre enhanced his career at Impulse Corporate Finance before joining Carmine Capital in September 2021.
