Etienne has been a corporate finance consultant since 2010, when he founded his firm Solution Financement based in Lille. He combines financial expertise with operational experience in numerous companies. Holder of an Accounting and Financial Studies Diploma (DECF) and a degree from San Diego State University, Etienne began his career at KPMG where he was involved in numerous audit and business valuation assignments. He then held a series of high-level technical and operational positions at IBM, British Petroleum, Leroy Merlin, and then as CFO at Avanex France (Alcatel Optronics). At Avanex France he actively participated in the spin off and subsequent refinancing of the company via funds and financial institutions.
