Graduated from Audencia Business School with a Master in Corporate Finance, Guillaume began his career in 2022 at Sofidy (Tikehau Capital) as an Analyst, where he contributed to portfolio performance monitoring and the preparation of financial and regulatory reports.
Eager to specialize in mergers and acquisitions, he went on to join Cairus Advisory in Lyon and then Carmine Capital as an intern, where he participated in the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as in financial modeling and sector analysis.
In 2025, Guillaume joined the healthcare M&A team at Stifel (formerly Bryan, Garnier & Co) in Paris, where he strengthened his expertise in mid-cap segment and evolved in a demanding international environment.
Building on this background in M&A across mid-cap transactions in France and Europe, Guillaume returned to Carmine Capital in september 2025 as an Analyst.
