Graduated from Sciences Po Paris, Raphaël started its mergers and acquisitions career in the early 2010's at Nomura and then at DC Advisory. After several years working alongside SME managers, with expertise in the Techs, Media and Telecoms sector, he took the plunge into entrepreneurship before creating a support structure for young companies.

In 2022, Raphaël has joined forces with Carmine Capital with the aim of accelerating its international development.
