RHÉTORÈS FINANCE CONTINUES ITS AMBITIOUS EXTERNAL GROWTH STRATEGY WITH THE ACQUISITION OF ATHOS PATRIMOINE
RHÉTORÈS FINANCE TAKES A NEW STEP FORWARD IN ITS AMBITIOUS DEVELOPMENT PLAN WITH THE ACQUISITION OF ATHOS PATRIMOINE, A FIRM RENOWNED FOR ITS TAILOR-MADE APPROACH AND ITS ABILITY TO OFFER HIGH-END WEALTH MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS TO A DEMANDING CLIENTELE.
This strategic move, led by Carmine Capital and supported by its financial partner Activa, is fully in line with Rhétorès Finance’s external growth strategy. It also strengthens the company’s foothold in the Paris region, while expanding its expertise and geographical reach.
A clear strategy: building a national network of excellence
The integration of Athos Patrimoine perfectly illustrates Rhétorès’s commitment to bringing together high-value-added firms around a shared entrepreneurial vision. This acquisition contributes to the creation of a national network of wealth management experts, capable of providing comprehensive and personalised support in a fast-changing market.
Committed to the project’s continuity, Catherine Perrin, co-founder of Athos Patrimoine, is reinvesting all her shares and will continue to support her clients within the Rhétorès group.
Rhétorès Finance: a fast-growing company
Founded in 2010 by Stéphane Rudzinski and Grégory Soudjoukdjian, Rhétorès Finance is a leading player in wealth management in Paris. The group serves two client segments – private banking and asset management – and currently advises nearly 2,500 clients.
With five complementary business lines (wealth engineering, loan and insurance brokerage, financial investment advice, and property and hotel investments), Rhétorès offers comprehensive and long-term support.
Since its merger with Activa in 2022 and the creation of Rhétorès Groupe, the group has been pursuing a consolidation strategy driven by a clear ambition: to become the leading premium brand in the French market. The objective is to reach €2.5 billion in assets under management by 2027, up from €1.5 billion today.
Athos Patrimoine : a 360° approach to wealth management
Founded in 2014 by Catherine Perrin and Vincent de Meaux, Athos Patrimoine has distinguished itself through an approach centred on listening, building close relationships and providing long-term support. The firm specialises in wealth management, asset allocation advice and wealth structuring, drawing on extensive expertise in legal, tax, financial, insurance and property matters.
Athos Patrimoine prides itself on developing sustainable strategies designed to address the challenges of transferring and preserving wealth across several generations.
The key to success?
Rhétorès Finance’s ability to bring together complementary organisations around an ambitious, entrepreneurial project that is in line with developments in the wealth management advisory sector.
This merger strengthens the group’s foundations, generates new synergies and opens up new opportunities for growth. For Athos Patrimoine, it is an opportunity to join forces with a partner that shares the same vision of the profession, centred on high standards, a client-focused approach and long-term performance.
