A graduate of the Programme Grande École at IESEG School of Management with a major in Corporate Finance, Louise began her career with a financial control internship at Amundi Asset Management, where she managed a portfolio of American alternative funds.
She then deepened her M&A expertise at Triactis, an investment bank specialising in small-cap transactions, before joining D’Ieteren Group in Brussels as an Investment Analyst, where she contributed to large-cap deal execution in an international setting.
She rounded out her background with a Private Equity stint at LT Capital, a fund specialising in small-cap buy-out transactions, where she was actively involved in deal screening, LBO modelling and portfolio monitoring.
Louise joins Carmine Capital as an Analyst.
