This transaction is fully in line with the ambitious trajectory of the One Willing 2026 strategic plan, which combines economic performance, positive impact and a strong regional presence.

A strategic and human alliance

With this acquisition, Willing is consolidating its local presence in the Hauts-de-France region, strengthening its position through the integration of an experienced and renowned team, and continuing to build its organisation on the basis of complementary skills and expertise.
