Amin holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Paris Dauphine University–PSL, following an academic background in Economics at Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He completed an initial internship at MBA Capital, followed by a formative M&A role at Carmine Capital, where he contributed to transaction execution and deal analysis.
He then joined Alantra to further strengthen his expertise on mid-cap transactions in a demanding environment.
Building on this track record and his familiarity with the firm, Amin rejoined Carmine Capital in January 2026 as an Analyst.
