Graduating in 2007 from Macquarie University of Sydney with a Master's degree in International Business specializing in financial analysis, Caroline began her career in auditing and then consulting at PWC in Paris. In 2015, with a strong entrepreneurial bent, she joined a fast-growing Parisian SME as CFO. 4 challenging years during which she shared the founders' day-to-day life, their challenges and their issues. In 2019, she decided to devote herself to assisting SME and ETI shareholder-managers with their growth and financing strategies, before joining Carmine Capital in September 2023 as a Partner, in charge of the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region office
