Entrepreneur at heart, Emmanuel has spent fifteen years developing companies and assisting them in their fundraising projects and in the implementation of tax-leveraged structured finance. Emmanuel supports the development of Carmine Capital's sale, acquisition, and fundraising activities in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. Emmanuel graduated from ESSEC Business School, and holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law and a Diploma in Corporate Law (DJCE). He is the 2009 winner of the Entreprendre 92 network.
