A graduate of Audencia Business School’s Grande École Program with a specialization in Corporate Finance, Guillaume began his career in 2022 at Sofidy (Tikehau Capital) as an Analyst, where he contributed to monitoring portfolio performance and preparing financial and regulatory reports.
Wishing to specialize in mergers and acquisitions, he joined Cairus Advisory in Lyon and then Carmine Capital as an intern, where he participated in the execution of divestiture and acquisition transactions, as well as financial modeling and sector analysis.
In 2025, Guillaume joined the healthcare team at Stifel (formerly Bryan, Garnier & Co) in Paris, where he strengthened his expertise in the mid-cap segment and worked in a demanding international environment.
With this background in M&A on mid-cap transactions in France and Europe, Guillaume returned to Carmine Capital in September 2025 as an Analyst.
