Jack Peng has over 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and investment advisory. He supports European and Greater China clients in cross-border M&A transactions, financing operations and international growth strategies.
Since 2025, Jack has been an entrepreneur in M&A advisory, facilitating strategic partnerships and investment opportunities between Europe and China.
Prior to this, he served as M&A Director at Allert & Co. (Mannheim), Investment Director at ZEG Capital (Beijing) and Senior Manager at Anglo Chinese Corporate Finance (Hong Kong). He began his career at KPMG (Beijing), where he developed solid experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory.
Jack holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim (2021). He also obtained a Master of Law in International Relations (2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in English & International Relations (2004) from China Foreign Affairs University.
In March 2026, Jack joined Carmine Capital as the firm’s Partner for China, supporting the development of cross-border opportunities between Europe and Greater China.
