Panagis Voutsinas is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with more than 40 years of experience in founding, managing, and developing companies across the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and agri-food sectors.
Based in Athens, he is the Founder and Managing Partner of AVEL LTD, a company established in 1987 specializing in the international distribution of specialty raw materials and active ingredients for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Over the course of his career, he has built an extensive international presence across Europe, Central Asia, and global markets, developing strong distribution networks and long-term strategic partnerships.
His expertise spans business strategy, corporate governance, sales and distribution leadership, and financial and operational management. Known for his ability to drive international growth and guide organizations through periods of transformation, he combines entrepreneurial vision with strong operational discipline.
Panagis Voutsinas also brings an innovative approach to product development and market positioning, while fostering durable client relationships and leading multicultural teams.
He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the National University of Athens and completed further studies at ISIPCA, the Higher International Institute of Perfume, Cosmetics and Food Flavoring.
