Graduated with a Master in Management from emlyon business school, Xavier has built solid experience in mergers & acquisitions and private equity through several assignments in France and abroad.

He began his career at Transversale Conseil, advising SMEs and mid-cap companies in Eastern France on their M&A transactions. He then joined the entrepreneurial fund GEI, where he actively contributed to development projects, gaining exposure to structured financing and cross-border operations.

Eager to broaden his horizons, he went on to join DDA & Company, working on buy-side and sell-side mandates, particularly in the tech sector, and collaborating directly with management teams across Europe.

Building on these experiences and a recognized expertise in financial modeling and strategic analysis, Xavier joined Carmine Capital in 2025 as an Analyst.
