With a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Audencia Business School, Yann Le Bars began his career in 2021 with BRED Banque Populaire as a credit analyst.
He then enriched his apprenticeship by joining Carmine Capital, where he gained initial experience in M&A in the small cap segment.
He then joined the M&A teams at CIC Conseil, reinforcing his experience in the small-mid cap segment.
He joined Carmine Capital in 2023 as an Analyst.
