12 – Complaints handling
In case of difficulties in the execution of your contract or if your advisor has been unable to resolve your request, you may submit a written complaint to Carmine Capital’s customer service: 2 rue Pasquier – 75008 Paris, info@carminecapital.com.
Carmine Capital undertakes to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within ten working days of receipt and to provide a response within a maximum of two months, unless exceptional circumstances duly justify an extension.
All complaints will be examined directly by the President of Carmine Capital.
