As part of its growth, Carmine Capital is pleased to welcome Amin Rahou, Louise Puig, and Marie Goudineau. These three professionals, each with complementary backgrounds, will strengthen the firm’s M&A teams and help support executives and entrepreneurs in their growth and succession planning initiatives.
A graduate of the Master’s in Finance program at Paris Dauphine-PSL University, Amin Rahou is already thoroughly familiar with our teams and our approach to supporting business leaders. After an initial experience at Carmine, he continued his career at Alantra to deepen his expertise in mid-cap M&A transactions. He has now returned to Carmine Capital as an Analyst, bringing with him this dual experience and his in-depth knowledge of our business areas.
Louise Puig is a graduate of the IESEG School of Management (with a major in Corporate Finance). She has built a diverse career combining financial control, M&A, investment, and private equity. After working at Amundi Asset Management, Triactis, the D’Ieteren Group in Brussels, and then LT Capital, she has now joined Carmine Capital as an Analyst.
After earning a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets Practice from Sciences Po Strasbourg, Marie Goudineau began her career in corporate banking at BNP Paribas Luxembourg before joining Bpifrance as a Strategic Analyst, and then Transversale Conseil, an M&A boutique specializing in the small- and mid-cap segment, as an M&A Consultant. She has now joined Carmine Capital as a Senior Analyst.
Already fully integrated into the teams, Amin, Louise, and Marie are actively participating in the firm’s projects with the executives and entrepreneurs we support.
The entire team welcomes them and looks forward to drawing on their expertise, commitment, and diverse professional backgrounds to support the executives and entrepreneurs who place their trust in us.
