From June 25 to 28, the Carmine Capital teams took on a new collective challenge by climbing the Weissmies (4,017 m), the second stage of the “Three Summits to Mont Blanc” project initiated by Anne-Laure Saint-Marc Girardin.
Beyond the athletic achievement, this adventure reflects a conviction deeply rooted at Carmine: the greatest successes are never individual ones.
In the mountains, as in the succession or external growth transactions we advise on, nothing is improvised. Every objective is prepared with rigor. Every stage calls for method, perseverance, and humility. And above all, everyone moves forward through the collective.
The ascent of the Weissmies reminded each of us that it is sometimes necessary to slow down so the group can move forward, to trust those who lead the way, to accept being guided when conditions demand it, and, conversely, to support a teammate when the effort intensifies.
These few days spent at altitude were a powerful illustration of what drives Carmine Capital’s strength on a daily basis: commitment, solidarity, listening, pushing one’s limits, and trust. Values that take on their full meaning when lived together.
The Weissmies was only one stage. Mont Blanc now awaits the teams in 2027.
But, as is often the case, the essential thing was not only reaching the summit. It was growing together along the way.
