2026 marks a turning point for Carmine Capital. The firm is no longer content with simply opening offices in regional areas or abroad; it is now building a network of local partners rooted in five high-potential markets for French mid-sized companies: Italy, Greece, China, Vietnam, and India. These five strategic markets each embody, in their own way, Carmine’s international vision.
Giorgio Boggero has spent thirty years navigating European markets in consumer goods, coffee, cosmetics, and confectionery. Former CEO of the EKAF Group and former Managing Director Europe of the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group, with experience at L’Oréal, Bialetti, and Kimberly-Clark, he has led transformations and integrated acquisitions in more than twenty countries. In 2026, he joined Carmine Capital as Business Partner for Italy.
Founder of AVEL LTD in Athens in 1987, Panagis Voutsinas has spent nearly forty years building an international distribution network for specialized raw materials for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries. A chemist with degrees from the National University of Athens and ISIPCA, he brings to Carmine Capital a deep understanding of the Greek and Southern European markets.
Jack Peng is equally fluent in the language of buyers in Beijing and sellers in Frankfurt. Fifteen years spent at the crossroads of Europe and Greater China—from KPMG in Hong Kong to Allert & Co. in Germany—have made him an expert in cross-border transactions. With an MBA from Mannheim and fluent in three languages, he joined Carmine Capital in March 2026 to open the China-Europe corridor.
With a PhD in biochemistry and training at ESCP Paris and MIT Sloan, The Duc Hua doesn’t choose between science and business. Twenty years of leading transformations in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and digital health, in both Europe and Asia. M&A, fundraising, IPOs—her arrival in March 2026 builds a natural bridge between Paris and Hanoi.
Co-founder of AND Business Consulting in Hyderabad, Kirti Poddatoori has advised over a hundred companies across four continents. With experience at Ernst & Young and Frost & Sullivan, she works with both founders and leading institutions, such as Apollo Hospitals and the Amara Raja Group. A Business Partner since March 2026, she serves as Carmine Capital’s gateway to the Indian market.
Five career paths, five markets. One shared conviction: behind every cross-border deal lies, first and foremost, a relationship of trust—and nothing replaces that better than proximity and field experience.
