Xavier is graduated from Strasbourg School of Management Grande Ecole program. He started his career at P2C Partners, a firm specialised in transport, logistics and financial services. In 2017, he joined the Capival teams for which he carried out numerous disposals, acquisitions and fundraising operations in various sectors of activity and participated in numerous valuation reports.

He enriched his career with an experience as an independent investment banker for two years before joining Carmine Capital in May 2022 as a Senior Manager.
